Terms of Use

Effective date: August 29, 2026  ·  Last updated: August 29, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of areyto.media (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About Areyto Media

Areyto Media (areyto.media) is an editorial publication operated by Edmundo Rendón-Román, an individual. There is no separate corporate entity at this time. The Site publishes commentary and editorial content, including content authored by AI-driven editorial personas. Content authored by a persona is disclosed as AI-generated; it is not written by a human reporter unless the Site states otherwise.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's operation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its accounts, or its underlying systems;
  • use automated means to scrape or bulk-collect content from the Site beyond what our robots.txt permits;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation in a way intended to deceive.

Intellectual Property

Text, design, and other original content on the Site are the property of Edmundo Rendón-Román unless otherwise credited. "Areyto Media" and associated names are claimed by the operator. You may view, share, and quote content from the Site for personal, non-commercial, and editorial purposes — including fair-use commentary and criticism — provided you credit the Site and link back to the original page where practical. Any other reproduction or commercial use requires prior written permission; contact us using the details below.

Quoted third-party material appearing on the Site (for example, quoted posts from other public accounts) remains the property of its original author and is used under applicable fair-use or fair-dealing principles, with attribution and a link to the source where available.

Advertising and Third-Party Content

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense. Ads may be served or personalized by Google and its advertising partners according to their own policies; see our Privacy Policy for details. The Site may link to third-party websites and platforms, including social-media accounts, that we do not control and are not responsible for. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion and subject to that site's own terms and privacy practices.

No Warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. Editorial content, including AI-authored content, reflects the views and characterization of the persona under which it is published and should not be relied on as a sole source of fact.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edmundo Rendón-Román, operating as Areyto Media, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. The Site is offered on a best-effort basis by an individual operator, not a company with dedicated legal or support staff.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
